Es Fum is the restaurant of the St Regis Mardavall hotel, situated in Costa d’en Blanes. It is located in one of the most acclaimed places in Mallorca, awarded with 1 prestigious Michelin star since November 2011. It was run by chef Miguel Navarro, who in the beginning went through some of Martín Berasategui’s kitchens. 

Its healthy and sustainable cuisine is interested in seafood flavors and the fusion of ingredients. Chef Navarro changes the menu every three months to give new attractions to diners. The specialties of this great chef are truffle and lobster. We find within the menu several dishes with these delicious ingredients, in cases we find both the short tasting menu – six dishes and the long – ten.
