The restaurant is located in the heart of the city of Palma, overlooking the channel of the Torrent de Sa Riera. The place stands out both for its cozy and intimate bistro atmosphere, with attractive details such as vertical gardens and for the very attentive service of all the staff.

The chef and owner Adrián Quetglas was born in Buenos Aires, has trained in London and has worked for several years in Moscow to later open this mallorcan restaurant. He tries to democratize haute cuisine, promulgates a culinary world full of nuances and variations, with details typical of his native Buenos Aires, a strong base of mediterranean flavors and unmistakable influences from his professional experiences in London, Paris or Moscow. 

Its cuisine concentrates what has been learned in these countries, but without looking away from this corner of the mediterranean. Adrián Quetglas became recognized as one of the best chefs in Russia.

The restaurant  presents an inexpensive menu at lunchtime and another, something more extensive and gastronomic, at night. It is a restaurant that we cannot ask for much more, except that it was next to our house!

Adrián Quetglas has received the Michelin star because of a cuisine of great delicacy and simple comfort. It pays to visit!
