Assaona Gastrobeach Club is another beach club which is worth a visit. Set on the beautiful promenade of Portixol, Assaona is a divine beach club with a fresh hip concept and design, offering its clients the most unforgettable experiences. The club can be easily reached by foot, bike or car from central Palma. This elegant establishment brings beach club vibes. The restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience. We can taste tuna sashimi, pasta with asian truffle or scallop ceviche with hummus, and all of that right by the sea. We can enjoy there a delicious and well-seasoned menu or great cocktails, while relaxing on a sun lounger, admiring the views over the Bay of Palma.
This lovely beach club has recently changed owners and had a superb makeover. It has three dining areas to enjoy the varied menu. Apart from a terrace there is plenty of room inside the light, airy bar area and shaded terrace area. On the beach with access to the sea we can also find the sunbeds for hire. In Assaona we can admire the views of Palma Cathedral and the distant mountains beyond. Its easy access means it gets very busy so booking is essential.
