SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING IN COSTA D’EN BLANES

Like any watchtower this house is conquered from its base. Through a soft landscaped ramp you access a covered cloister and surrounded by arcades of glass and ceramics that serves as parking and entrance hall.
In this access floor are organized in addition to the hall and parking, a gym, bathroom, storeroom and machine room.
The lift to the skies begins by lift or staircase.
On the upper floor we discovered the laundry room and 4 en-suite bedrooms, one of them with a large dressing area and a bathroom with a bath and shower … for not losing options. The 4 rooms open onto the Bay of Palma through a covered terrace that protects them from solar radiation while crowning them with a carefree constellation of water windows.
A floor above the Atalaya is completed with a glazed pavilion and a large terrace that is diluted in a pool with no more limit than the horizon.
At one end of the pavilion, the dining room overlooks the entire Valley as it opens onto the pool with views. At the other end the Hall opens its back to the mountain
and softens its facade to the south thanks to the shade of a warm pergola.
And between these two poles of well-being is a kitchen open to everyone, in front of it the pavilion of glass slides allowing its conquest of the terrace in the style of the most glamorous beach bar … a beach on a watchtower that overlooks the Sea without limits or shame.
The whole garden that surrounds the house enhances the richness of the Mediterranean forest from which Costa d’en Blanes emerges.
